The steel structure space frame project of the southern cement production line was undertaken by the LF space frame construction company, the space frame project includes a 60-meter-diameter clinker silo and a 110-meter-diameter circular pile limestone yard.
1、The clinker warehouse with a diameter of 60 meters, the height of the main space frame is 17.5 meters, and the highest point elevation of the octagonal building space frame is 63.4 meters.
2、The limestone yard is a circular pile with a diameter of 110 meters, the height of the space frame is 36.8 meters, the projected area is 9499 m²; the horizontal axis spans are 65.107 m, and 96.273 m.
Clinker Storage Condition Diagram
The clinker warehouse is a large-diameter silo for storing cement clinker in the new dry process cement production line. Its bottom is a concrete silo structure, and the top of the silo is a steel structure space frame roof. The finished kiln head is transported to the top of the clinker storage shed, and then falls into the silo from the unloading port on the top of the silo for storage.

The steel structure on the roof of the clinker warehouse/limestone yard shed is commonly used as a space frame structure, The mesh frame above the support is a three-center cylindrical mesh shell. which uses a small amount of steel and is easy to install and construct.
