The project contracted by LF Group– 2×150MW barrel coal bunker of the Karaka Power Plant in the Philippines—Main structure manufacture and installation was started in 2013.In order to ensure the period task completed as scheduled,LF project department has formulated a detailed timetable and construction plan, carefully organized the construction, strictly controlled the safety and quality, and focused on strengthening the management of technical design, program development and on-site construction.
The signing of the Calaca project marks that our products are steadily and continuously entering the Philippine market. After the coal storage space frame project is completed, it is of great significance to alleviate the tension in the power supply in the Philippines and promote local economic and social development.
This coal storage is designed to own high efficiency to stand typhoon, rain, earthquake and salty air. The space frame structure make it more rigid than regular steel structure in the harsh environment which is surrounded by sea and have frequent typhoons and rains.
Calaca Power Plant plays an important role in relieving the shortage of power supply and promote the economic development in Philippines, which will also enhance the LF’s market influence in Southeast Asia.
