2.In the trial hoisting before by each position should be according to the division of labor, each check their own position of equipment and arrangement of the situation is abnormal, and immediately report the results to the conductor. Found abnormalities immediately excluded or reinforced. If there is weather fog, gale, thunder and lightning, etc. stop lifting.

3.When working at height, should do their own safety measures “helmet, safety belt, safety rope, etc.”. Not allowed to throw objects down below, wrenches and other tools used at height should be equipped with a tool bag, larger tools should be tied to the insurance rope.

4.Construction to minimize the cross operation, must be cross, the person in charge of construction prior to the organization of cross operation parties, agreed construction scope and safety precautions, can not be staggered, there should be protective isolation measures, import and export of dangerous places, there should be a safety warning signs.

5.When lifting, the lifting parameters should be checked and calculated beforehand, and it is strictly prohibited to operate in excess of tons at risk. The supporting point should increase the pressurized area to ensure that it is not sunken or loose, and the pressurized area is firm and reliable, and only after that can it do amplitude change and start.

6. The conductor should explain the command signal and lifting requirements with the driver before operation, and the driver must operate according to the order of the conductor, and the safety of the wire rope of its bundled components should meet the safety factor.

7.Lifting operations are strictly prohibited night work, other types of work at night should be implemented in good lighting, electrical wires must be hung layout, not randomly on the ground layout, should use safe voltage lighting, work at high places are not allowed to wear hard-soled shoes.

8.Construction workers use steel ladder to the construction position, steel ladder should be firm and reliable. In the process of moving up and down, the safety belt should always ensure that there is at least one hanging on the space frame pole, prohibit double hooks at the same time out of the space frame. After the starting space frame lifting in place, installation workers through the space frame pole up and down, in the process of shifting, the safety belt should always keep hanging good state.

9.Steel space frame installation process, construction workers always use double hook safety belt.

For protection, at any time to ensure that at least one hook hanging in the space frame structure, two hooks shall not be directly connected to each other to form a ring to use.
