For promoting the comprehensive landing of intelligent construction, the author has the following suggestions. First, to support the new construction mode as the goal, accelerate the promotion. Wisdom construction is the technical kernel of the new construction method, is the new construction technology of digitalization, is the technical support of the supply-side structural reform of the construction industry, and must be accelerated in all areas of engineering construction.

Secondly, it is led by whole-process integrated innovation to create advantages. Develop a collaborative design platform based on BIM to promote the development of intelligent design. Construct the basic platform and integrated application system of intelligent construction site under the environment of “Internet+” to promote the development of intelligent construction site. Oriented on serving the needs of users, develop the new mode of engineering construction of “platform+service” to promote the development of intelligent enterprise.

Third, the independent research and development of BIM platform as a support, make up the short board. It is necessary to strengthen the investment in the research and development of BIM basic platform with independent intellectual property rights, focus on solving the key technologies such as three-dimensional graphic engine, establish national standards, and accelerate the breakthrough of the technological bottleneck of the independent development of intelligent construction.

Fourth, to serve the direction of smart city construction, broaden the field. Through the integrated innovation of modern science and technology, the basic elements of building and infrastructure systems, services and management are optimized and reorganized to achieve higher efficiency, better performance, smarter and greener, and to open up new forms of business such as smart building, smart community, smart transportation and smart environmental protection.

Fifth, to strengthen cross-border cooperation and exchange as a mechanism to cohesion.
