Raw materials

Most of the anticorrosive materials are lead paint. When applying this kind of architectural coatings, thinners, and enhancers, inspections must be carried out, and a certificate of conformity and a user manual must be provided. The physical and chemical properties of the raw materials should be consistent with the instructions for use.

When painting, the commonly used brushes must not have lint problems.

Engineering construction equipment

Commonly used air compressors for shot blasting and rust removal should have any pressure (.3~.2MPa is appropriate), the sand tank should be tightly sealed, and sand loading should be convenient.

The portable paint spray gun should be convenient and free from clogging. When spraying with an air compressor, ensure that it is not excessively large and the working pressure should be stable.

Production workshop

The shot blasting and rust removal production workshop should be adjacent to the anti-corrosion production workshop, which is conducive to actual operation. The sandblasting production workshop should be closed to reduce air pollution, but the actual operation staff must have labor protection measures, and the anti-corrosion production workshop should be naturally well-ventilated and dry.
