The installation methods of plane steel truss include single hoisting method, combined hoisting method, integral hoisting method and jacking method.Generally, the lateral stability of steel trusses is poor, and it is best to carry out combined lifting after expansion and assembly when conditions permit, That is, the two trusses and the skylight frames, purlins, supports, etc. on the ground are assembled into a whole, hoisting at one time can not only improve work efficiency, but also improve the stability of hoisting.
If temporary bolts and punching nails are needed for the temporary fixation of the truss, the number of penetrations for each node must be calculated and determined, and shall meet the following requirements:
Not less than 1/3 of the total number of mounting holes.
At least two temporary bolts should be worn.
The number of punched nails should not be more than 30% of the temporary bolts.
Do not use punching nails for the bolt holes after expanding the drilling.
The correction method of steel truss is the same as that of steel roof truss.
