Partitioned cumulative slip construction of large span sports stadium roof

The span of the roof truss steel structure of a sports stadium is 123.12m, which is composed of 36 trusses in total. One end of the main truss is connected to the concrete inclined cylinder structure, and the other end is connected to the central reinforcing ring of the roof steel structure. The maximum height of the truss is 8.955m, the minimum height is 6.0m, and the top elevation is +28.955m. The bottom elevation is +20.000m, and the Angle between trusses is 10°. The total amount of steel used in this slip is about 1516T.  

According to the layout characteristics of the roof steel truss structure system, the construction technology of “hydraulic synchronous push and slip” is proposed to adopt the installation method of bidirectional rotation and cumulative slip. The roof steel structure sliding is divided into three construction areas according to the structural layout characteristics and the requirements of the sliding construction technology. The first area includes 12 trusses of 9 axes ~ 20 axes and the support trusses between them. The trusses in this area slip in the clockwise direction.  The second zone includes 12 trusses of main trusses and support trusses of 21 axes to 32 axes, etc. The trusses in this zone are constructed by sliding in the clockwise direction. The three zones include 1 axis ~ 8 axis and 33 axis ~36 axis trusses, with a total of 12 trusses of main trusses. The trusses in this zone are constructed by sliding in the counterclockwise direction. A sliding platform is arranged at axis 33~35 for aerial assembly of truss before sliding.  

A total of two slip tracks are set for the sliding construction of the steel roof structure. The outer ring slide with a radius of 61.56m is set at the elevation of the concrete cylinder wall +18.500m on the outer ring of the structure, and the inner ring slide with a radius of 9.0m is set at the location 9m from the roof center. The reinforcing ring in the center of the roof structure is installed by high-altitude bulk method.
