4.2 Construction process management

5.2 Do a good job of inspection and correction

The space frame project is attached to the existing project, and the staff need to carry out the construction work of the new structure on the basis of the original project, but the quality and structural size of the original project are difficult to meet the relevant requirements of the existing project. In this regard, the author proposes the following measures. First, before the start of the project, the staff should check the quality of the existing project, and repair the problematic parts through rectification and reinforcement to ensure the safety of the project construction. Second, for the problem of component size deviation, the staff needs to do a good job of rectifying the deviation according to the design drawings and engineering practice, so as to ensure that the existing component size can meet the construction requirements of the space frame project.

5.3 Build an operating platform

In this project, the staff cannot carry out assembly work on the ground, and must adopt the method of aerial installation for construction. In order to ensure the quality and safety of the construction, the staff should use the scaffolding method to build the operation platform, and carry out various construction work on the platform. In the process of building scaffolding, the staff should fully consider the bearing capacity of the support plate, construction load and material self-weight. Under the protection of the full frame, the staff can successfully complete the installation and connection work. 5.4 Do a good job in deflection control

Before construction, the staff needs to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the rods and connecting parts to ensure that they meet the requirements of the project ; The code requires deflection testing; after sub-projects are completed, workers need to apply non-destructive testing techniques to detect whether there are abnormalities or defects inside the building structure. 5.5 Do a good job of welding quality control

In this project, the staff need to carry out welding construction. In this regard, the author proposes the following quality control measures. One is that the staff need to clean the construction base surface by grinding and cleaning before welding, so as to improve the reliability of welding. The second is that the staff should do a good job in debugging, testing, and maintenance of the welding machine to avoid failure of the welding machine. The third is that the staff should try to avoid welding work in rainy, snowy, low temperature, and strong wind weather. In short, the staff must ensure the quality of welding construction through special control in various aspects.
