(3) Plate unloading and stacking.
① When the rock wool sandwich panel is unloaded by a forklift, a protective layer should be added on the fork and shelf of the forklift to prevent the board from being scratched; In the case of damaged planks, a hard material should be used as a cushion under the plank to reduce deformation.
②It should be piled up on the open space outside the facade according to the construction sequence. When stacking, soft pads should be set up below. There should be a gap. When unloading, hoisting and hoisting the plates, protective measures should be taken to prevent impacting the edges of the plates and avoid folding the plates to reduce material waste.
4.2 Skeleton installation
(1) After the hoisting of the main steel column is completed, the verticality of the steel column (including the wind-resistant column) needs to be corrected. The overall verticality deviation of the steel column is WH/1000 (H is the overall height), and W25mm; steel columns need to be avoided The direction of deviation is different to ensure that the overall horizontal reference plane of the wall panel is a plane.
(2) After the purlins on the wall are installed, the installation deviation of the purlins needs to be corrected. The allowable deviation of the vertical purlin spacing on the wall is ±5mm.
(3) Re-measure the overall flatness, opening position and size of the purlins on the wall, and at the same time check to ensure that there are no omissions in the fastening of the purlin bolts, braces, corner braces, etc. on the wall, and the anti-corrosion of the welding parts has been completed.
4.3 Hoisting and installation
(1) According to road conditions, hoisting weight, installation height, and working range, select a suitable type of truck crane for hoisting of rock wool sandwich panels.
(2) When the board is transported to the installation area, the female mouth needs to be punched down and placed on the foam board, with the outer board facing outwards, which is convenient for the next step of hoisting.
(3) Lay out the lines according to the construction layout drawing of the construction plane, mark the installation position line of the wall; mark the opening positions of doors and windows
(4) Starting from the corner slab, confirm the elevation of the starting slab according to the three-dimensional digital model, and use a total station on site to confirm the label and make a mark. Determine the position of the rotating plate and the vertical control line of the starting plate, install and correct the rotating plate.
(5) In order to ensure the straightness of the board seam, the plug-in connection of the plug-in interface must be tight. Generally, calibration is performed after every 4-5 boards are installed, and the levelness and straightness of the horizontal splint are checked to ensure the flatness of the head core board surface. . When trimming and wrapping the doors and windows, ensure that the trimming is consistent with the wall panels. The included angle ensures a beautiful facade.
(6) The rock wool sandwich panel is connected by a tongue-shaped bite groove at the tongue and groove, and the hidden screws are fixed with the vertical marking strips, and then the patchwork decorative strips are installed. During installation, attention should be paid to the decorative strips being snapped into the patchwork joints, and at the same time Use silicone structural weather-resistant adhesive that is consistent with the color of the wallboard to glue the joints, and the glue should be even and straight.
(7) When installing, pay attention to the following items.
① When installing the horizontal sandwich panel, it is necessary to remove the protective film of the panel and ensure that the surface of the panel is clean and free of scratches.
②When installing, pay attention to the protection of the board surface and the edge of the board during the process of handling, loading and installation, and do not hit or fold the board to avoid bulging after installation.
③The hidden dangers of water leakage of rock wool sandwich panels installed horizontally mainly occur in the parapet caps, around doors and windows, etc. When designing the edge wrapping and trimming nodes, the hidden dangers of water leakage should be solved structurally. During the construction, it is necessary to strictly follow the installation process of the metal wall system. Before installation, each wall panel or edge must be pasted with butyl tape at the specified position. Masking paper to avoid polluting the wall.
④Before construction, according to the installation process requirements of equipment and pipelines, such as the need to open pipeline holes in some parts of the wall, communicate with the equipment installation unit, try to prefabricate the walls in advance, and lay protective materials around the openings when installing equipment and pipelines. Avoid damaging the wall panels.
