1、Inorganic zinc-rich

Performance: cathodic protection for steel grass-roots level, excellent water resistance, oil resistance, rust resistance, high-temperature resistance, can not be constructed in the low-temperature environment; very strict requirements for rust removal, can be matched with organic and inorganic coatings, but not with oil-based coatings; should not be painted overly thick, and should not be exposed to long periods. Suitable for high temperature or outdoor humid environment of steel grass-roots level Applicable grass-roots level: steel, not recommended for aluminum, zinc, not applicable to cement.

2、Epoxy zinc-rich

Performance: cathodic protection of steel, water resistance, oil resistance, strong adhesion, grass-roots descaling requirements are strict, suitable for indoor and outdoor humid environments or high durability requirements of the coating of the steel grass-roots level, the latter coating should be used in the epoxy ferrocladding. Applicable grass-roots level: iron and steel, not recommended for aluminum, zinc, not applicable to cement.

3、Epoxy iron oxide

Properties: good adhesion and physical and mechanical properties, good resistance to salt spray, humidity and heat, and water resistance, suitable for epoxy zinc-rich coatings, can also be used directly as a primer and can be matched with a variety of coatings. Applicable base: steel, not recommended for aluminum, zinc, or cement.

4、Epoxy iron red

Performance: tough coating film, good adhesion, can be matched with many kinds of coatings, not suitable for non-ferrous metal base layer coating. Applicable base: steel, cement. Not recommended for aluminum or zinc.

5、Epoxy zinc yellow

Performance: tough coating film, good adhesion, suitable for non-ferrous metal grass-roots level, can also be used for steel grass-roots level, can be used with a variety of coatings. Applicable base: steel, aluminum, zinc, cement.

6、Stabilized rust surface coating

Performance: According to different varieties and requirements, it can be used after simple descaling of iron and steel grass-roots level, and can be used with many kinds of coatings. It has certain requirements on the rusted base surface, and it is not easy to master in construction, so it can be used when it has experience. Applicable substrates: steel. Not applicable to aluminum, zinc, or cement.

7、Special primer coating for galvanized plate

Performance: good adhesion, resistant to salt water, salt spray, and heat and humidity, applicable to zinc, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal substrates. Applicable substrates: aluminum, zinc. Not recommended for steel. Not suitable for cement.
