Methods/Steps
Installation process arrangement
The installation process of the aluminum magnesium and manganese plate roof system should be located in a reasonable position in the total construction process of the project. Installation process
1.Release cables

1) The existing supporting positions and dimensions on the mounting surface should be measured before installation and pay-off, and the parts that fail to meet the installation requirements should be modified. 2) Determine the position of the starting line according to the layout design. 3) After the installation of the roof panel, the installation of accessories should be made twice to ensure the flatness of the cornice line and the ridge line. It is not allowed to use only visual and empirical methods, otherwise it is difficult to meet the installation quality requirements.
2.Installation of parts such as flood plate and corner plate
1) Before the installation of the color plate flooding parts, the base line should be released at the installation of the flooding parts, such as the ridge line, the cornice line, etc.
2) Check the end size of the flooding part before installation, and select a suitable lap joint at the lap interface.
3) When installing the overlapping interface of the flooding part, apply sealant or set a double-sided adhesive strip on the overlapping area, and tighten it immediately after the overlapping.
4) When installing the flooding plate to the corner, the joint at the bend should be processed according to the section shape of the flooding part at the intersection to ensure that the inflection point has a good waterproof effect and appearance.
5) Special attention should be paid to the mutual construction method of the overlapping waterproof port at the corner of the flooding part to ensure the appearance of the facade of the building.
6) When tightening the self-tapping screws, the degree of fastening should be mastered, not excessive, excessive will make the sealing ring turn over,even the panel will be depressed and water. Insufficient tightening will make the seal not in place and there will be leakage.
7)The longitudinal lap of the board should be laid according to the design of sealing strips and sealant, and connected with self-tapping screws or pull rivets with sealing gaskets, fasteners should be pulled at the seal strip.
Installation methods and precautions
1) Measure the actual length of the installation plate, check the length and width of the plate corresponding to the plate number according to the measured length, and cut the plate when necessary.
2) Place the sheet raised to the roof according to the starting line of the row plate, and align the width of the sheet with the mark line. And the length of the design structure is discharged at both ends of the board length direction.
3) The lower plate is fixed on the purlin with tapping screws.
4) The support is installed on Z purlin. Before installation, the center line and the positioning line of the support bottom plate are put out on the Z purlin to serve as the fixing and control line of the support. After the support is in place, drill holes in the purlins and bolt the support.
5) After the installation of the support, when laying non-woven fabric, insulation layer, etc., the knife can be cut to give up the support. When laying the insulation coil layer, it should be carried out in the weather without rain or snow, and the coil laid every day should be installed on the same day.
6) The roof plate of vertical seam locking is pressed and formed by a special plate press, and the edge is bitten by a special edge locking machine after being laid on the roof.
