Joints: In order to facilitate on-site assembly, bolt ball joints are usually used for the stockyard structure. However, due to the large dust in the coking stockyard, the design must require that the gaps between the bolt balls be closed with oil putty to avoid corrosion and damage to the bolts. In addition, the bolt ball is made of No. 45 steel, which has poor welding performance. For the parts that must be welded, the design requires preheating to 150°C, carefully welding in layers with thin electrodes and small currents, and cooling slowly.
