Steel structure installation

Due to the tight construction period and the lack of bulk on-site, it needs to be assembled and welded outside the venue and then hoisted as a whole. To lift such a heavy steel roof, a 650-ton crawler crane needs to be used for operation. The most enormous crawler crane is only 450 tons. After many contacts, the equipment was specially transferred from other places for on-site assembly, and finally this “hard bone” was gnawed.

In order to ensure the safety of construction, the layout and calculation of the overall hoisting point, the selection of wire ropes, the wind force during hoisting, and other conditions must be subject to strict requirements and calculations to ensure the smooth completion of the project.
